Fleetwood Town Community Trust Bonus Ball – Terms & Conditions
1. Organiser
The Bonus Ball Draw (“the Draw”) is operated and promoted by:

2. Eligibility
- Entry is open to individuals aged 18 years or over.
- Proof of age may be requested.
- Trustees, employees, volunteers, and supporters of the Trust may enter.
- By entering the Draw, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
3. Entry & Payment
- Each entry (“Ball”) costs £10 per month.
- There are a maximum of 100 Balls, numbered 1–100.
- Participants may hold multiple Balls, subject to availability.
- Payment is taken by recurring monthly card subscription. By entering, participants authorise the Trust (via its payment provider) to take automatic monthly payments.
- Payments are taken in advance of each monthly draw.
- Only participants who have successfully paid will be entered into that month’s Draw.
- If a card payment fails, the system will attempt to retry. If payment cannot be collected before the Draw date, the Ball will not be entered and may be reallocated.
4. The Draw
- The Draw will take place once per calendar month under the supervision of an authorised officer of the Trust.
- The winning Ball will be selected by a fair and random method (e.g. electronic random number generator).
- The Draw date will be advertised in advance.
- If a Ball is unallocated, no prize will be awarded for that number, and the prize money will remain with the Trust.
5. Prize Fund
- The monthly prize fund equals 30% of total subscriptions received that month.
- There is one (1) prize winner each draw.
- The remaining 70% of proceeds supports the charitable and community activities of Fleetwood Town Community Trust.
- Prizes will be paid by bank transfer within 7 days of the Draw.
6. Publication of Winners
- Winners’ names and Ball numbers may be published on the Trust’s website, newsletters, and social media platforms.
- By entering, participants consent to this publicity. If a winner wishes to remain anonymous, they must notify the Trust in writing.
7. Cancellation & Termination
- Participants may cancel their subscription at any time via their online account or by contacting the Trust at community@fleetwoodtownfc.com.
- Cancellation must be completed before the next payment date to avoid being charged for the following month.
- No refunds will be given once a payment has been processed and the participant entered into a Draw.
- If a participant cancels, their Ball number(s) may be reallocated.
- The Trust may suspend or terminate the Draw at any time. If terminated, participants will be notified, and outstanding prize money will be distributed appropriately.
8. Complaints & Disputes
- Any complaints should be made in writing to the Trust at the registered office or by email to community@fleetwoodtownfc.com.
- The decision of the Trust is final in all matters relating to the Draw.
9. Liability
- Fleetwood Town Community Trust accepts no liability for:
- Loss, damage, or delay caused by incorrect payment or bank details provided by the participant; or
- Failures of third-party payment systems outside its control.
- Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud or negligence.
10. Data Protection
- The Trust collects and processes personal data for the purposes of administering the Bonus Ball Draw, contacting winners, and meeting legal obligations.
- Data is processed in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and participants agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
